Our Policies

Masks are required at all times in the salon, please bring your own or we will provide one for you.
 
We have the right to decline service if we cannot come to an agreement during your consultation based on our professional opinion, or if we feel we are not a good fit with you. 

Children: having children in the salon not receiving services creates a stressful environment for everyone in salon. Please arrange for a sitter & keep all children at home during your appointment. 

Deposits: New clients are required to pay a 50$ non refundable deposit to book with Tess. This goes towards the cost of your appointment. 

Appointment Timing: Most of our blonding appointments take anywhere from 3-5 hours depending on density. Please manage or clear your day so we can enjoy our time together and we can give you the hair of your dreams. 

Payments: appointments are to be paid for in full before leaving the salon, this is the same for e transfers.

Cancellations: 48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. Less notice will result in a fee added on top of your next appointment. 

No shows: will not be tolerated and will not be rebooked. 

Refunds:  
We do not offer refunds of any kind. We do thorough consults, and there is no guarantee your hair will get to your desired outcome in one appointment which does not warrant a refund. Please contact your stylist DIRECTLY to discuss your hair if you have issues.
